• Cooking classes at Crocialoni are offered every other week, all year around.
  
• Cooking courses have a maximum of 8 people.
  
• Cooking courses are five days, Monday to Saturday. Buncky and her son Riccardo conduct all lessons.
  
• Accommodation provided in the main Villa and sigle apartment.
  
• Pick-up and drop off's are available upon request, from Pisa or Florence airports and train/bus stations.
  
• Meals: American/continental breakfast, lunch and dinner with wine.
  
• Drinks before and after dinner.

• Excursions: two with lunch. The excursions are usually to Florence and the Tuscan coast, Viareggio.
  
• Other facilities: mud baths Montecatini, shopping at local leather and ceramic factories, jackets custom made to order.
  
• All ingredients used are from the on-site organic garden.
  
• Comforts of home found at Crocialoni include satellite TV and an extensive reading library.
