Villa Crocialoni is located in the rolling hills above Fucecchio, Italy, west of Florence. Villa Crocialoni, which means "crossroads", is situated on what remains of an old 1,000-acre estate. The ground includes the villa, several out buildings, chapel, pool, vegetable gardens, olive trees and fig trees. ![]() Marco's specialty is teaching bread baking in their wood-burning oven that was constructed in 1886. The oven supplies the bread and forum for creating your own pizza. Marco also supervises the November olive picking and pressing, he makes jam from their fig trees and limoncello. In addition he collects the freshly laid eggs for breakfast every morning from their free-range chickens. He also makes an excellent Tiramisu.
